How would you say, in Irish, "someone's"?

As in "someone's cloud."

duine éigin; identical in genitive, plural daoine éigin

someone's cloud = scamall duine éigin.

I could be wrong about that. Níl mé Gael.

I'd be inclined to say scamall atá ag/le duine (éigin), but I'm only pulling up one result on Google for ag and none for le (including éigin in both cases). I feel like there are probably other ways to say it, though I'll have to think about it a bit.
