I found the following among a collection of photos on the website of the Dominican Friars in Hungary:

Unfortunately, I don't know the language - but a juvenist is the step before postulant and novice on the way to becoming a Catholic Brother. The age for that was traditionally set at thirteen, so I would wager a guess looking at the boys in the photograph that juvenistakkal is referring to them.

Native speaker here. It means "With the Celldömölk juvenists. May 1936".

(I had absolutely no idea what a juvenist was, though, but atdelphi seems to be correct.)
