My best guess is Inuktitut, at least that's what it looks like. I could be completely off-base + I can't read Inuktitut, anyway.

It's not Inuktitut (or any language using a variant of Canadian syllabics).

Haven't a clue what it actually is, though.

Looks Sanskrit-derived to me. The second character from the left looks like Gurmukhi [sa], fourth from left like [dha], both reversed.

That's not Gurmukhi.

Or any other Brahmi-derived script.

my first instinct is that it's not a script at all but some kind of abstract animation? it looks kind of sequential, right?

I would guess that it's not a "real" script as well; elements of it it reminds me of a proto-sinaitic pictographic type of writing system, but, well,it's not proto-sinaitic. Actually, I feel like I can pick out a number of elements in each of these symbols that are also used in various other writing systems, like the marking at the bottom of the first symbol reminds me of attaching an "r" sound to certain letters in a Sanskritic language, whereas the triangular look reminds me of Ugaritic or Akkadian, whereas the third character seems proto-sinatic, etc. But I agree with another user who said that the images look sequential. So....who knows. Fun guesswork though! Do you have any more information about this bracelet, like where it's from, in what context was it sold/given, etc?

I just assumed that it was a bracelet but it very well could not be, so I apologize if I mislabeled this object.

Nope, it's neither Cirth nor Tengwar.
