Native speaker here - I did the best I could. It's slightly difficult as there're no commas and you could translate some parts differently.

Never believe those who are constantly feigning and smiling, no

i agree, except that in the last line they're infinitives, so it's more like "you want to kill and to destroy, to enslave, to hate, just like me"
