I believe it says "I don't [?speak] Persian."
As a side note, the term 'Persian' is commonly preferred to over 'Farsi' nowadays, even though speakers of Persian refer to their own language as 'Farsi.'

OK, it's just I've known her since I was little and have never heard it referred to as Persian, only as Farsi.
