Miriam Makeba lyrics translation

Try as I might, I simply cannot find any translation for Miriam Makeba's song "Pata Pata." Hopefully there are some Xhosa speakers in here who can help me out!

Here are the two Xhosa lines that she repeats. There are many versions out there in the Intertubes, so I just picked this one randomly:

Hahaha, hi Sam! I can't believe they offer Xhosa at your school! I'm pretty jealous. They're offering a brief course in Mohawk at my school next semester, but I unfortunately won't be around.
I've been pretty good. Not much to report. Where in the world have you been?

Pata means 'touch'
and Saguquga sathi bega nantsi means a slap on the leg.
