What is it called when [æ] is an allophone for /a/, but only in rap music?
Well not just rap music... it does also occur in "silly speech", usually an imitation of the silly pronunciation of foreigners.
The /ɯ/ there sounds normal to me in that clip, though sometimes you'll hear something like [uʊ] or [ɯʊ] for the same reasons as above.

ブラじゃないよ〜 was quoted way too much amongst me and a couple friends for a couple weeks after we saw that (along with the rest of the Golden Eggs series).
