czech or slovak?

Can someone please tell me if the following is czech or slovak. I'm assuming from what I know of the languages that it's Czech, but I could very well be wrong.

Ver v pána ježiša a budeš spasený ty a tvoj dom.

yeah, I was like 80% sure it was Czech until I thought, "wait a second, my family is slovak." So now I just don't know!

I'm almost positive it's Slovak, because in Czech "tvoj dom" would be "tvůj dům."

Also, I think the translation would be "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you and your home (household? family?) will be saved."

Correct. And it is definitely Slovak, cause the phrase is easily found on Slovak sites.
