South Slavic diacritics

I'm trying to get the correct spellings for the songs (the diacritics in particular) on the Macedonian singer Toše Proeski's latest album - both the Serbo-Croat and Macedonian versions. Unfortunately for me, if there are tracklists out there they're on sites in languages I don't know, so I'm hoping some of you clever people might be able to help.

The top one you list is in Macedonian and the second in Croatian.

Macedonian is written in the Cyrillic alphabet. And the link I gave you has them in Cyrillic. They are also listed in Latin alphabet in parenthesis, next to the Croatian ones.

Actually in the link posted above some diacritics are missing from the Latin. They should be:

1. Pola duše,pola srca (Duša ostana)
2. Ubijaš me usnama (Nikoj kako tebe ne baknuva)
8. Srećo ne krivi me

second one is S-C. the title needs no diacritics. others as follow

1. Pola Duše Pola Srca
2. Veži Me Za Sebe (I know this is the same title as on the other album, but the diacritics might be different for all I know)
3. Ubijaš Me Usnama
4. Bože Brani Je Od Zla
5. Mjesečina
6. Igra Bez Granica
7. Da L' Si Sretnija
8. Najlepše Moje
9. Srećo, Ne Krivi Me
10. Volim Osmijeh Tvoj

also, no.11 is grammatically incorrect. it should be 'još i danas zamirišE trešnja'. however, I do not know whether that is the author's choice.

What does it translate to (either in the correct form or the version I quoted)? Now I'm curious :P
