Heat one Morningstar "chicken" pattie. Put some spaghetti or pizza sauce on it, and top that with mozzarella and/or parmesan. Heat again until cheese is melty. Put on a warm bun if desired.
Get a package of polish sausage (Kielbasa popolsku), a box of whole wheat linguini, a frozen pack of peas and carrots, a small jar of fresh garlic (minced), and a jar of sun-dried tomato alfedo sauce.
the polish sausage usually comes in a pack of two, but only take one sausage and cut it lengthwise twice (quartering it long-ways), put it in a 12" or larger sauce/frying pan, add enough peas and carrots (still frozen) to barely cover the meat. Add to this one large spoonful of garlic and stir on medium heat. Cover it. Start the pasta (you cook this to your own tastes, i like mine slightly sticky). After 3-5 minutes of cooking the meat and veggies, stirring occationally with a spatula, add the entire alfredo sauce jar. Again, stir. Let that sit at simmer or just below to bring the whole sauce to food temp. By that time the pasta should be done, drain/strain, and add sauce as desired.
It's damn good. Try it with a red wine, something semi-sweet but not overly so.
