When is an account eligible for purging? They havent updated since 2010...which is like mine. They better not purge my account for not posting. I do comment on things though.

Actually, that account never updated, from what I saw.

LJ is only considering an account "inactive" for purging purposes if it never updated. Even one entry and it's safe, so even if you never posted again you'd still be fine (unless you deleted all your entries).

ETA: Okay, I looked again and I see what you're saying. I still think it's eligible because whatever entry was in it was deleted (cause it says 0 entries). Regardless, your account is okay because you kept your entries. (I had latched onto the 0 entries and assumed that meant the account never updated)
