2. Go to IMDb and find a quote from each movie.
3. Post them here for everyone to guess.
4. Strike it out when someone guesses correctly, and put who guessed it and the movie.
5. NO GOOGLING/using IMDb search functions. Totally cheating, you cheating cheaters!

#1 is insanely familiar, but I can't place it.

Of those that haven't been guessed yet, the only one I know is #10: The Devil Wears Prada. Love that movie!!

You're right on #1, but not on #3. #3 is probably the hardest one I posted I think...
