So I went to the dentist last month and had to get two fillings (floss! Must floss!). I got one that day and then the dentist asked if I could wait till February to get my other filling at the NYU Dental School exam because his wife needs someone for her filling exam. Why why why did I say yes?!?!?! Probably because he mentioned something about

At my last job our dental insurance was really shitty so a lot of my coworkers went to the dental school in Indianapolis. (A coworker's wife was a student there).

If it makes you feel better, I didn't hear one horror story. Everyone seemed pretty happy with the work done.

And even though the office looks old and dingy, I don't think they are allowed to actually use shoddy materials on your teeth. I know it's just dental school, but there are tough regulations in place.
