Bad Night

Just got home from the emergency room. My hubby thought today was the day to scare the crap out of me. He fell at work and now has a wicked gash in the back of his head. 13 staples and some Morphine, he's doing good. I'm taking off to watch him for a couple of days. I'm sure he'll be sleeping most of the time so I'll be around.

Oh no! I hope he's ok.

BUT- the lawyer in me says make sure he reported the injury to his supervisor in case he needs to file a WC claim!

yep, it happened at work but he was on lunch,so not sure about the whole WC. I hope it'll be covered though. *fingers crossed*

I would still make sure it's reported. I don't know about the local laws, but if it happened on the employers property, then it should be covered unless he was doing something he totally shouldn't have been (i.e. demonstrating the running man in the cafeteria would be iffy!)

I hope it's covered too!
