Good morning. I woke up happy and have a wee little announcement to make. Lloyd asked me to marry him yesterday and I said yes!

We don't know when yet, but he will be wearing a kilt!

I'm not sure. One of the kilt companies we've ordered from does do wedding gowns in the tartans. I could order a Cameron dress, but it's expensive....

We would like to have til next summer to get a wedding ready, but at the same time feel rushed, because of my father's health. So it may be this summer, because I want my Daddy to give me away. I really just want something simple at our house, in our yard, with friends and family around us and lots of wine, but Lloyd seems to want it a little more elaborate. He says it's our only wedding and he wants it to be special. (He's been married but they eloped, no wedding really) He's already asked several guys to be his groomsmen. Gee, isn't it the bride who usually wants it fancier?

Thank you so much, girlfriend. I've never been married, but he was worth waiting 50 years for, and I know I'm right where I'm supposed to be, with my best friend! Wow, it is something, ain't it?

Thank you so much, dear! It's pretty amazing; I'm still not totally sure how to feel. I mean,it's still a big adjustment to my previous way of life In fact, we're mad at each other right now, but....well, it doesn't matter; we always get over it, and making up is fun!

Thank you so much. Hopefully I'm doing the right thing, and I won't drive him too crazy, though I've already done that plenty. Doesn't feel right to not be here, so I's just going with that, and trying not to analyze too much. I have a way of scaring myself when I analyze. :)
