I'd definitely say get access to a scale on a daily basis. It's helped me tons in steering myself back on track. It'll also give you a better view of where you are weight-wise, since by the end of the day you're probably carrying around 1-3lbs of excess food, water, waste, etc. First thing in the morning, before my shower is when I try to do it.
I'd definitely say more veggies and fruits, fewer processed carbs - but I won't even mention the 'lunch'. I had a Dairy Queen small cherry-dipped vanilla cone tonight - sooo good, but definitely NOT on plan!
