hi, I feel so fat...I weight 131 lbs..omg its huge for me. I have been working out. and only eatting one meal aday.. dose anyone know the most affective diet pill?
Actually by eating only one meal a day you are only slowing your metabolism down, thereby making it even more difficult to lose weight. Small portions more often is the key.

I have started today with going to eat 6 times aday i figured i would eat at 8, 10, 12, 2,4 and 6 would that work you think? what types of food should i eat you think..What am i not suppose to eat.do u know? could u list them I am starting bye doing 10 mins aday (starting out) i hope to get upto 30 mins 5 days a week of my excerise machine. is there something else i should do?
