The kids do love it. I'm thinking of having Michael's scarecrow costume set up so it looks like it's just standing there, and then Michael can put his arms in and move them, to scare the crap out of the kids next year.

A fabulous idea! Scarecrows are damn scary anyway, so having the arms suddenly move would really freak people out! :D
