And just an FYI in case you did not know already.... Paypal started feeing refunds on August 11th. So essentially they fee it going in, give the full refund amount to the buyer and hit you separately for the refund fee amount.
Refund Fee. Section 8.5 (Additional Fees) is amended to add a new refund fee. If you refund a Purchase Payment, we will retain the Fixed Fee portion of the Purchase Payment Fee. The buyer’s Account will be credited with the full Purchase Payment amount and the Fixed Fee portion of the Purchase Payment Fee will be deducted from your Account in addition to the amount of the refunded payment. The Fixed Fee will depend on the currency of the Purchase Payment and is listed in 8.4(c).

Which pink necklace were you trying to get earrings for? I have these earrings: http://www.etsy.com/listing/45450132/strawberry-pink-czech-glass-and-opalite that match the one pink necklace you bought, but as far as the other one (3 pink beads with brown leather cord) I can make earrings that match but don't have any on hand.
