LOL! Poor Aragorn!

Chasing mice, whether real or invisible, is not a quiet activity; he should have realized that! Anyone who's ever seen a cat (or a terrier) tearing around the house in pursuit of prey (whether a mouse, a bug, or something only she can see) could tell you that.

I love that he was relieved to go back on patrol. Sometimes you need a vacation from your vacation.

Thank you.

My cats make a racket chasing their toy mice! I think Rivendell's cats are so efficient that Aragorn hardly notices how they do it.

I've met plenty of folk who need a holiday to recover from their holidays!

A good mouser is such a blessing, but quiet they are not. Poor Aragorn. lol

Orc-hunting is peaceful compared to living with a mouser and its prey - hah! Good story.

Oh I looooove this!!! That's how Brann came to Aragorn... Wonderfully written and yes, so it could have happened, exactly that way!
Thanks a lot, my dear. It seems I'm living behind the moon so I missed this wonderful read! *snuggles closer*

Thank you, I'm so pleased you liked this. I've enjoyed having a chance to write about Aragorn and cats. I love bringing cats into my stories whenever I can. I've quite a few cat stories.Hugs.
