No luck househunting yet, but in our counter-offer we moved the closing date to the end of July (they wanted June 16th) to give us more time. We never expected our house to sell so quickly, so in less than two weeks since we even contacted the realtor, we practically have our house sold and now the reality of "We HAVE to house hunt NOW" has hit.

In 1987 when my parent's had our house in Mahtomedi up for sale, that was one of the most stressful times my Mom had ever gone through. It's during that time that she got a pin that said "Leave me alone, I'm having a crisis" and ever since we moved into this house in February 1988 it has remained on the bulletin board in the kitchen.

I was planning to go see American Dreamz this afternoon, but can't now because my stomach is not feeling well and I have to remain near a bathroom.....just in case, ya know? ewwww. :o(

Hi Laura: I hope your stomach problems clear up soon. I went to see "Friends with Money"..OMG..skip it. It was one of those movies where you wait and wait for something to happen, for something to make sense and then, just when you think it's getting interesting, the movie ends for no apparent reason. I was SO disappointed. I should have gone to "American Dreamz" instead.

Selling a house would be so much easier if the other two people in this house didn't feel like they must live here right after I've cleaned it. Ugh.
