yes, it was a good episode. i didn't want it to end either... but now the season's already over :/

i've made different assumptions for different kinds of invisibility now. judged by what made you invisible (a spell, potion or some device)... but i still don't know about the "being able to see others that use the same kind of invisibility" stufff.. hmmm

yes, i've seen father ted^^

I would assume that if you're invisible you're REALLY invisible for everyone and you can't even see your own limbs. That's assuming you used some kind of potion or something - an invisibility cloak would be a different matter of course. Using a cloak I'd assume you can see all of your body parts underneath the cloak and also persons you share the cloak with you. But you wouldn't be able to see other persons using a different cloak.

Ah, geeky discussions ♥

hmm... so for a claok it would be that you can see your own limbs and other people under the same cloak. that makes sense.
and for a potion or a spell it would be being completely invisible, like not being able to see yourself.

speaking for potions and spells: what about clothes and stuff? i assume one would have to be naked? or maybe there is a difference between potions and spells and you could cast a spell that would also mask any accessories?

Hm... a potion should only make yourself invisible, not your clothes. *scratches head* Because it's something you drink and it affects only your body. I guess if you were invisible after drinking a potion, you could also make yourself visible if you applied paint or makeup on your body.

But a spell... that could be a different matter. If you cast a spell to make yourself or another person invisible, I guess this would include the clothes the person is wearing at that moment. If you took a scarf and wrapped it around you afterwards it should be visible though.
