Okay, two things about the subject:

One, I'm a couple of days late. Frankly, I don't know if I would have written on Friday anyway, I was just happy to be at home. (More on that later.) But as you might have noticed, I haven't written anything in here in five months, so as you might be able to tell, this hasn't been my first outlet of expression

All I can say is, if the job you want won't come to you, go to the job you want. That's why I was talking about going to New York. You can come with me if you want, but I'm sure the weather is shittier there than where you are

I must agree with your buddy above - that if the job doesn't come to you, go to the job. I've learned that you sometimes have to make your own dream job. You can do it.
