when my printer goes wonky, I take out the paper. It is the only way to stop it. Then it pops up-no paper.. cancel print? and I feel like I tricked it!
Our dog has special food.. he is old so it has glucosimine for joints, we got cheap and lazy and didn't pick it up and he fell and was really having a leg problem, so after a vet bill--I BELIEVE in the special food! : )
Yeah, we paid for two extra bags of "special" dog food only sold through Vets. I don't know what's in this stuff but it cleared up the poop problem. We're trying to find something similar sold locally.
And I finally thought to pull the paper tray out and, yep, paper jam, deep deep down. Took me forever. I'm still not speaking to my printer today. I tend to hold a grudge.
I tried that for the coupon. Oh well, I have no book buying in the budget anyway. I still do love the library although I'd better check if they're raised the fines on overdue books.
Ugh. This is where you buy a couple chickens and hole up in the woods with your shotgun, your gardens, and your deep freeze. Barberry for an antibiotic... and real flying squirrels for the dogs. (food+entertainment!) Then you're good to go. *shudder*
My dog did eat a baby bunny rabbit once that was nesting in our backyard. The mother ran right off and left her defenseless babies when she saw our dogs. So much for mother instincts.
Computer should get a paper route or babysitting gig to pay for all it wasted! Or maybe it can clean up the dog doo?
Have you tried adding cooked white rice to your dog's food? That's what my vet recommended when my dog--back when I had a dog--was sick. It worked and is cheap.
Yes, I've made lots of rice. It does work well. Unfortunately I have some oh so particular dogs. They love when I cook them rice and its nice and soft and warm. They will cobble it right up. When I serve them day old, leftover rice they won't touch it. They literally eat around every grain.
My cat has loose stools with regular cat food, but with LOW FAT cat food, he's fine. He doesn't have a weight problem, but who cares? Now everything is solid. ;-)
Yes, that's exactly what our Vet said. Something to do with too much fat or something in this kind of dog food. Now that they are getting a little older, their bodies might not be reacting to it well, for whatever reason. I guess we are going to have to suck it up and buy the more expensive brand. Anything to help the ol' poop situation.
