#2 - the position of Willow is lightly off-center, making the icon look unbalanced, especially because you added another red highlight to the lower right corner. The left side looks doubly empty because of this. Otherwise, it's nicely colored and sharpened.

#3 - I thought of iconing this scene, too, but didn't dare. The way you did it is frightening but bearable because of the wide crop. Also, the lighting is amazing.

#2 - The colouring is lovely, but Willow's hair completely blends into the background. Maybe that's why something looks off about the shape of Willow's face. (It's almost like an aspect ratio problem, but I'm fairly certain that's not really the case.)

#4 - The composition and colouring are great; it looks simple but really grabs your attention. Striking!
