I've seen one too many "turn your status pink for breast cancer!"-type feel-good campaigns that don't actually do anything for whatever cause they represent.

The point is good, though I've got no obvious method to make a difference, at least not to the demographic currently being highlighted as "in danger". I live my life in a way that supports people of nearly any sexual bent (child molesters should be put to death in my perfect world). I supported my daughter's high school GLAAD chapter, in Southern Mississippi, when I was still active duty military.

THLBC would be agast if I were to support his GLAAD organization in his high school. We've talked about what that means to him and he supports people's rights to choose, he just does not want a label associated with him that he does not own. Remembering high school I have sympathy for his concerns.
