1. You are to be back on the upper level by dark every night. No exceptions.
2. Do not abuse your ability to bring things down from the upper level for those on the lower.
3. Should you kill anyone in such a way that is not self-defense (or otherwise cause problems), you will be kicked back down to the lower level for an indefinite amount of time.
4. You must find a home on the upper level and ensure to keep up on the rent for it. Should you be unable to pay at the beginning of every month, you will be evicted to the lower level.
