You should say you're under a vow of silence. It'll give you an excuse to never say anything at all ever again and just communicate by writing little notes on a chalkboard or something.

Where does one find a tiny chalkboard?

Wal-Mart has a selection of portable writing whiteboards with markers, and I'm sure a tiny chalkboard too if you look. If you object to Wal-Mart because it's too unfashionable you could go to Grand and Toy.

But of course this hinges on there being those stores at sfx... if not you could probably find one at the store where you get your notebooks and stationaries?

I don't really have any summer plans, aside from getting my license and searching desperately (and being rejected woefully from, as has always been the case) a job. Living off handouts from my parents is getting embarassing, and gives them a smug sense of authority over me that I could really do without.
