That actually looks more like a bubble coral to me. I can't really tell, there's some kind of crazy hyper color thing you've got going on in the picture.

the anemone photographed isn't a green one per se - i was just speaking of the colors i enhanced from photoshop. the "crazy hyper colors" and all.

this anemone is most likely Anthopleura Elegantissima, or Aggrigated Anemone, which is very common in the Puget Sound area along rocks and pools. the bubble coral, as the name implies, is bulbous and well, bubbly. also it's nearly void of any color aside from the light cream shades the "bubbles" are tinged. plus the bubble coral thrives in slightly warmer waters where 75 is on the chilly side of their spectrum.

i grew up with an unhealthy thirst for knowledge of anything marine/aquatic.

it's crazy! i only have PhotoShop 7.0 and I don't really know what the hell I'm doing sometimes.... but it's fun to mess with!!
