OMG WHY DID I NOT POST EARLIER O YA I got home at 11:46 last night. We thought we wouldn't get home 'till after 1 AM. Sweeeet.

What I learned from our trip: Boston and Canada are boring. No offense, Canada. It may have been interesting if there had been a Steven Harper billboard for me to point and laugh at.

Canada may be boring, but it's safe. Small price to pay, imo. Besides, I grew up in the country, so even a small city like Ottawa is "OMG! LOOK AT TEH LIGHTMAJIGGS!" to me.

As for writing, just write. Nearly all writer's block problems are self-criticism (that this plot isn't good enough or whatever). So one of the best cures for writer's block is just to stop caring. Just tell yourself that you are writing for YOU and that you can always change/fix it before anyone else sees it. Just sit and write whatever comes to mind.
