Chocolate Truffle Recipe v1
Ingredients:
500g Whittakers Dark Ghana chocolate (72% cocoa)
300mL cream
65mL Lemon-Z limoncello
coated with Abundant Earth Organic Dutch cocoa powder
Results:Truffles were very solid and rich due to the high cocoa content, quite dry. Cocoa powder was very dry and didn't go well with the dryness of the chocolate, effect
