2. you probabaly won't get campus hosing as none is reserved for juniors or seniors. maybe there's an exception to transfer students, but the way it was explained to me was that all the freshman and sophmores got first pick, then it was first come first serve for the upper classmen. and I think a lot of those first come first people got their applications in ... in February or something.
