Yay! Go you!

I still find it exciting that we *have* a local bookstore again. I used to "sneak" to Armchair to buy Redwall books on my way to choir practice (my parents disapproved of me spending all my money on books).

The new store seems great, though. Especially when the owners are running things like midnight HP costume parties. And they get major major bonus points for hiring you!

^_^

I know! I was sad when they closed Armchair.

Oh, it is. And it wasn't just a midnight HP costume party, they got the Chamber and several of the shops on Main Street to co-operate and there was a trivia "scavenger hunt" as well. ^_^

Will you be coming home at all this fall? We should definitely go out to lunch or something if you do. Or perhaps a movie/Dunkin Donuts night.

Also, I'm sending you a kinda-important email to your Gmail account--that is your main email, yes?

Gah, and I *still* need to send your parcel. It's not even made up yet. ::fails::

Oh, me too! I've always thought it would be fantastic to work at/have a combination bookstore/teashop with couches and such where people could come in, look at books, have a cup of tea, and maybe do some knitting/crafting. Actually, I think I blame You've Got Mail for this.

Oh, if you're in the area you definitely should!! ^_^ I've probably asked you this before, but have you ever come up for Dickens of a Christmas? If not, you should.
