Ah! You wrote a fic about Crawford and Schuldig! Very nice - I love the way you write them. ♥
- He, I've just read your post about your parents and their trip to Italy. I've been there many times and, well, I've never had a problem with getting my coffee in the morning (I'm an addict myself!). Italians LOVE their coffee! A friend of mine who is half italian and lives in Rome always says that italian coffee is the best and everything else tastes like shit (it's always a pleasure to go with her to a café outside of Italy. . .:) When staying in Italy, just say something like, Wow, that must be the BEST coffee I've ever had! You Italians REALLY know how to make the BEST coffee in the world! - They will love you for it! :)
Whoops! The headache made me miss you. Gone now. Thanks for the nice comment. As for the coffee. Many a people have told me one CAN get coffee in other countries, just not in limitless cups we serve it in over here. You know Americans, super size it all. Yep, I'm a confirmed coffee addict and I can taste the difference if someone tries to slip some decaff. That's a big NO NO in my book.
In a lighter note: Sending in my appy for my passport this week. I wanna travel and see the world! Dramatic, yeah? snicker.
Thanks! Actually I wrote that last night during one bitch of a migraine. I managed to get it posted before the lights burnt out my eyes and puking my guts out. Thank Gods the Imitrex finally did something or I'd still be curled up. hiding on the basement couch in the dark.
I hate to hear that you got slapped down by a migraine!
Imitrex is on my list of 'talk to doctor about' when I see him next week. It usually (eventually) gets my migraines to a manageable level, but it never takes care of the nausea. I thought I'd ask the doc for a Rx of Reglan.
I have no idea how you managed to think clearly enough to write, but you did a damn fine job!
I manage to do a lot of things while dealing with other shit, I just don't do it nicely and people sense they should stay farrrrr away. Writing is an outlet, I suppose. Sigh..another night of work before some time off. 60 hours in 7 days. I have to remind myself...I chose to be a nurse. Ah well, you don't need my bitching today. I hope some people update this weekend. I could use some distraction. Cheers!
