Oh, I loved this. I liked seeing House get insecure enough to ask for reciprocation eventually (after the lack thereof got pointed out by Cameron) and Wilson's reasoning why he hasn't said those three words yet.

The song lyrics at the end were the icing on the cake. It's perfect for best friends turned lovers. (I used it as a wedding song in one of my fics. Totally different pairing, but still...)
