This was actually incredibly helpful, as it happens, since I'm working on putting together life skills workshops right now. So THANK YOU. And I love thinking in terms of Oregon Trail. :)

I love how your parents used a game analogy to explain the world to you. And yes, unfortunately, in spite of the best preparations, sometimes we do have to start over. :(

Really enjoyable journey through your childhood and young adulthood to now.

Thank you! The game analogy put things in far less abstract terms.

Starting over is unfortunate, but knowing how to do it is good (what am I saying? I don't know how to do it!)
