With the demise of the fellowship, and the consequent disbanding of the Vikings (yes I know that strictly speaking they're still around, but I am not touching anything bluish, or blue-built) I decided it was time to find a new internet community to join, and found this. well, i thought that was a very honest, funny-in-places, sometimes-possibly-a-bit-harsh-but-always-properly-toned-down-afterwards application, and if they squibbed you it just goes to prove that they all lead rather sheltered lives on the 'net and need to go out more. harry potter is good and all, but there's more to life than literature. and that, coming from me, is saying quite something!

Thing is, that Hat_sorting is a much more inclusive and friendly community (which I hope you'll find out if you decide to reapply), and the only thing is to focus more on the books and less on the actors in your application (and forget about houses for a bit and just fill in what feels right for each question-preferably in more than five sentences per answer) and you'll be fine!)
Any criticism is not at all personal, just technical, and has only to do with the things you've written, not with you yourself!
