Vic probably won't recognize Laura. Billy and Teddy didn't. Unless he's a weirdo and stalks the Xavier Mansion, then maybe. But he probably will recognize her claws and nifty-o healing factor as Wolverine's. Lol.

Annnd he can feel free to recognize Tabitha as Boom Boom or Boomer or Meltdown if he'd like. She's technically from an AU, but whatever.

There's that whole Young Avengers/Runaways crossover, so Wiccan will recognize Victor and it'd certainly be plausible for Victor to recognize any of the YA crew.

I'm not sure if there's anything more specific you want for a cheat sheet, but for Wiccan the information is basically: spellcaster and member of the Young Avengers based in New York.

DC and Marvel suck about defining how much they know about each other but Bart should be recognizable at least as "hey, he's like the Flash more than Quicksilver." Knowing him is fine! Knowing about Barry Allen/Wally West is more likely. General origins (worked at a crime lab, certain wacky mix of chemicals and lightning striking gave Barry superspeed) and list of foes (He fights Captain Cold, Gorilla Grodd, the Trickster. And maybe the crack ones, like the Rainbow Raider who...uses colors as a weapon)

Giles, feel free to know about him for meta laughs. I bet Victor would be the type to keep track of Buffy quotes anyway.
