I'm glad they found your puppy! But wtf, why would someone find a dog wearing tags and think "Hurr I'll just keep him"? We kept the kitten we found in a parking lot, but he was pretty obviously abandoned and had zero ID. But as cute as he was then (and is now), if he'd had a collar on with tags I'd have gone out of my way to reunite him with the owner.
I'm so glad Studmuffin is back! Yeah, it's awful to think about someone knowing he had people looking for him and not doing anything about it, but maybe it's better to just be glad he showed up safe and sound.
I am so glad your puppy is okay! That's such a relief that he wasn't hurt ♥ I think they should have called though too :C Once I found a stray puppy (a biiiig puppy, no one could miss it) and the first thing we did was call the family on his tag. They were crying so much because they were happy we'd found him.
And MLP! I totally got dragged into that show as well. I wanted to see what all the hype was about and I think it's such a cute show :>
