MISSING DOG PLEASE HELP
If you're anywhere in the Western KY area, specifically Graves Co., or if you KNOW anyone there, please, please do me a favor.
Keep an eye out for a lost puppy. Long-haired miniature dachshund, Irish red fur, pink nose and paw pads, greenish-brown eyes, answers to the name Studmuffin. He should be wearing a harness with a blue rabies tag on it (rabies tag will have Bluegrass Animal Healthcare listed on it).
Studmuffin is my baby. He and his brother Mocha got loose Saturday- someone turned Mocha into the vet's office yesterday, but my baby is still missing. Please, please, please- I'm going to go insane if I don't find my baby soon. He means the world to me. I was there for his birth, I cut his umbilical cord, I've taken care of him since the moment he was born, I have to know where he is. I'm in California and I can't leave here- and the weather's bad in KY and Mom's health is so bad that she can't go searching (though she's tried and I'm scared she's going to get sick again because of it). My brothers won't help look, the ad won't go into the paper until tomorrow, the vet offices and such are on alert, but....
I didn't even find out until yesterday that the puppies had gone missing, Mom kept that info from me so I wouldn't get distracted from the job search. Now I'm going mad thinking of what all could have happened to him- did someone take him in? Is he lost? Is he even still alive? The guy that dropped Mocha off said that he had nearly hit Mocha with his car, wouldn't even give his name or address- did he hit Studmuffin and not want to confess?
Please, if you can, help me find my baby.
