I find it strange that some people feel the need to discount another person's experience. Wow, aren't you a lucky one for never having a terrible bed bug experience? And isn't it just your luck to never see a bug in your food? And my, you've never had bad service in your entire life? Good for you!

Wow, did they message you or something? I've only got a couple of messages before, but both those times the people agreed with me. The exception is when the owners message me and try to justify themselves, but the justifications are never particularly sound. :op

And it's not like you have all negative reviews!
