30 min on the eliptical 30 min on the excersize bike and then 5 reps of ten on like 5 different weight machines with 10 lb weights *not trying to get buff just toned hehe will always be scared of BULKING up instead of leaning down hehe
That sounds like a very good workout. I hope you are eating well to go along with it. People always seem to do one without the other. I just do both very poorly. =-)
