So you've wildly exceeded your own expectations for the sport, then? Congratulations!

Many people have pointed out that I hold myself to ridiculously high standards of performance, especially in aerials. I am trying to just relax and enjoy it. As you've probably guessed, I am not very good at any instructions that begin with the word "relax."

You did very well indeed. I didn't see you slip between the tissu, so when you first stepped out, I was very struck by the drama and character of your opening. I am happy that you're so happy with it!

And again: you looked fantastic in your costume. I am curious to learn more of this gorgeous headpiece situation.

I was very excited about the headpiece. It successfully held my headsquid in place while looking tres Follies Bergere. If you want to get a closer look at it, I would be happy to show it to you. Monique's craftsmanship is superb.

Yay I am sooooo happy for you! Let me know if anyone surfaces with some video. I tried very hard to watch the DNA stream but the cameras aren't sentient yet and did not know to look at you the whole time.

I made the mistake of letting the lighting guy do what he wanted, which resulted in lousy lighting which made it difficult to see the act and almost impossible to get good photos. Oh well. I will do more acts and I will eventually get some nice photos.
