Crawfish beignets? Sign me up!

One of my recent regrets is that during a recent visit to Baton Rouge, I did not take advantage of the opportunity to go out and buy 10 lbs. of crawfish. Pre-packed for shipping on an airplane and everything.

You can buy frozen crawfish at the seafood place in the Ferry Building. You can also get them to fly in live crawfish, but they're not worth the trouble of dealing with them. Live crawfish are vicious little creatures with pinching claws.

June? June's not that far away. That's enough time to put together a routine right? My inner carny in rubbing his hands together in glee.

A siamese twin routine would be great, especially the part where an extra chops you both in half with a giant butcher knife.
