I can see the second kitten pic as the Noose I know and love. Not so much the second--I wouldn't touch the belly now.

He did change color somewhat as he grew up. He went from grey and white spotted to grey, tawny and spotted. No idea how that happened. He had one grey and white spotted sib and one ginger spotted sib, so he's got the colors of both.

What kind of owner gives their cat license plates as toys?

He plays with what he chooses to. It's not always my call. Better that he left his milk teeth in a license plate than my arm anyway.
