Very cool! :D!

I love the way that the music goes against expectations. The footage is special, many scenes that aren't used often. Great emotional bits and focus on their main business, killing things. :) The visuals are pretty sad but the music adds a tone of lightness too. Fits lovely.

On a more shallow note, I wish I could lay the flashes on the music like you can. *envies* Great job! \\o//

I'm also glad you also perceived the mixture of sad and light. I think that this is also within the song itself. For me these lyrics about swimming can be a metaphor for pretty much every kind of activity. You do it in different ways, some things you do for others and some things you do in secret and it can get dangerous but hopefully you'll pull through. When I first listened to the song I had to think of Dean :)

Hee, thanks! The "family business" hunting stuff is one my favorite aspects and I wanted to feature it specifically. Glad it comes across!

ah, that was great!
i don't really like the show anymore, but somehow i still adore the boys - and i loved your editing (the cropping/cutting on the heavy beat is so gorgeous, mmhm) & the song is such an interesting choice ... the melody is sort of happy/cheery while the lyrics & images are so dark; absolutely love the contrast!

I kinda feel the same and it was fun to only use the first four seasons :) I remembered why I loved it so much!
