Tell me more about Batwoman other than the fact that she's a lipstick lesbian. Endear her to me. In summary: I rather liked Cassandra Cain. She was a good character and was well on the way of being a great character whilst being written by Gabrych but was cut short by The Powers that Be over at DC. To his credit, Gabrych actually wrote what I thought to be a decent -- though not completely unforseen -- ending for her tenure and the title of Batgirl.
Then OYL Robin comes around and... well, yeah. SUCKTASTIC. As far as I'm concerned, Cassandra Cain has never appeared in OYL Robin and is still roaming the streets. I've come to the conclusion that DC hates their female characters with all the venom and hatred of an awkward and blueballed 14 year old boy.
