Haven't used soft pastel for years.

Medium: Soft pastel on some 5-for-100yen red paper
The most annoying thing about soft pastel is that you must have fixative to set the chalk particles and vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess. Other than that, it's a cool medium that's quite easy to work with. Draco in #1 turned out to look like a girl. :-( This has happened multiple times. Next time I'll put a "Draco is NOT a girl" banner on the wall before I draw.
