So, I'm at the Peter Murphy show last night and some young guy comes up to my friend D and I, hands over a big stack of tickets. We didn't think anything of it, assuming they were comp tix to some local band. Then we took a closer look: THEY WERE FREE TICKETS TO MURPHY'S SHOW ON SUNDAY! I thought of you guys.

Haha!! Things like that never happen to me! The best I got was a guy offered me a free ticket to his band's gig at Camden Underworld, where they were supporting The Lords of the New Church. Unfortunately, I'd ordered tickets for the gig on my credit card, to be collected on the door. I couldn't even sell them.....

This kind of thing never happens to me either. Seriously. I'm very excited. Wishing we weren't separated by the big pond so you could take advantage of two of the bazillion tickets we were handed.
