The Secret Ingredient

I have previously sung the praises of white gazpacho. Jason is pretty sure it's his favorite food of all time. Tonight's batch, however, exceeded previous versions because I substituted almond milk for water. It didn't affect the flavor at all, that I could tell, but it bumped the texture up to a whole new level of creaminess.
